|Recommended: YesRegency Place Review Affordable And Nice Complex — It is a nice little, somewhat secluded apartment complex just off I85 and Roxboro Street. There used to be trees all around, cutting off view of the main road, but one chunk of trees has been removed for new construction. The apartment manager, at the time of this writing is Morgan Reed, is a wonderful person. She is responsive to emails and is very friendly, if you talk to her. I have not had any trouble living at Regency Place Apartments, and did tell some coworkers about it when they were looking around for a place to rent. For what it's worth, Regency is a good place to rent at.

|Recommended: YesParking — I would say that i have happy living here since november 2010. the only thing i did not like is that this last snow we had here in durham, the apartment maintenance did not clear up the paths or sidewalks. I normally take the bus to work and it was impossible to walk to the main entrance towards the bus stop because of the icy roads. the sencond day i did it i fell (I slipped). So maybe a little more of care in this cases. Oh the other thing is that inside the apartments if you stand by the doors or windows you can feel the cold air coming in, which makes the heat take longer and sometimes it just won't heat the apartment unless you set it up to 80-85 degrees. I will guess this will increment my electricity bill.
